boat tour Frequently ask Questions
-
The number of activities you can enjoy depends on the length of your Panama City Beach boat tour:
2-Hour Tour: Choose 1–2 activities
3-Hour Tour: Choose 2–3 activities
4+ Hour Tour: Plenty of time to enjoy all of our available activities!
Your captain can also recommend the best options based on the weather and water conditions that day.
-
When you board the boat, simply let your captain know which activities you’re interested in. Your captain can also make recommendations based on the weather, water conditions, and what will make the most of your Panama City Beach boat tour that day.
-
The last boat tour of the day is always our Panama City Beach sunset cruise. You can still enjoy any of our regular activities, including dolphin watching, snorkeling, Shell Island, and swimming. The best part? You get a beautiful Gulf Coast sunset at the end of your adventure!
-
For your Panama City Beach dolphin tour, we recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, towels, water, and a waterproof phone case or camera. Feel free to bring your own food and drinks, including alcoholic beverages. Glass containers are not permitted. If you’re joining us during cooler weather, bring a jacket or light sweatshirt—it’s often cooler on the water than you expect! If you plan to swim or snorkel, bring a change of clothes and get ready for an unforgettable day on the water.
-
Yes! Life jackets are provided for all passengers on our Panama City Beach boat tours. We carry properly sized U.S. Coast Guard-approved personal flotation devices (PFDs) on every trip. Your licensed captain will provide instructions on when they are required and help ensure everyone has the appropriate safety equipment for a fun and comfortable day on the water.
-
Dolphins are the stars of our Panama City Beach boat tours, and they are the wildlife we see most often. You may also spot a variety of coastal birds, including herons, pelicans, and seagulls, along with sea turtles that are commonly seen in the area. If you’re lucky, you might even encounter manta rays, eagle rays, or manatees during your adventure. While wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed, our local captains know the waters and where marine life is commonly found.

We see dolphins at all times of day! For swimming with dolphins, we like the 9am - 12pm. For dolphin viewing we always recommend the sunset cruise!
